FACILITATED ACTION LEARNING

Action Learning takes place when individuals and teams work with a coach over a longer period to increase leadership competencies and learning agility through the use of inquiry and reflection along with group exercises. The process helps break ineffective and unhealthy patterns, replacing those with behaviors that encourage innovation and collaboration.

CURRICULUM

The Leadership Development Series classes are designed to build off of one
another from class to class, allowing participants to collectively evaluate their
experiences and tie together concepts and challenges that members are facing
in leadership situations.

Complete 10 Class Series

Typically taught over a 10-month period, this series starts with a
variety of assessments to obtain an accurate self-awareness of participants
strengths and areas for growth.

In-between classes, participants can deepen their learning through
supplemental readings from recommended thought leaders. They will also
have access to Master Coach and Organizational Psychologist,
Meisha Rouser, to help with any challenges or questions.
